Located 30 kilometres north of Waihi, the small town of Whangamatā on the southeast coast of the Coromandel Peninsula in the North Island of New Zealand. With over 4,000 inhabitants, the town prides itself in its lush green native forests, beautiful sandy beaches, and well-built harbours. Tourists and locals flock to the beautiful town almost every time of the year to visit places of attraction and engage in fun activities.
